The Role
We’re looking for a technically sharp problem solver who thrives at the intersection of data, engineering, and marketing. As a Solutions Engineer at Wpromote, you’ll design, implement, and support the tracking and measurement systems that drive client performance. This is a client-facing, cross-functional role where you’ll turn business goals into actionable, data-powered solutions.You’ll get hands-on with tag management, analytics, and data integration tools—owning implementation, troubleshooting, and documentation while helping build scalable frameworks and best practices. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $105,000 – $130,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.

You Will Be
- Implementing and configuring tracking and measurement solutions across analytics, tag management, and ad platforms.
- Supporting the setup and maintenance of data collection frameworks in Google Tag Manager (client- and server-side), Adobe Launch, Segment, Tealium, or similar systems.
- Assisting in integrating Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as Branch and Appsflyer.
- Supporting server-side tagging deployments (e.g., GTM Server-Side, Tealium EventStream, Segment Destination Actions).
- Writing and maintaining scripts to extract or manipulate data from dataLayers, JavaScript objects, or DOM elements for custom tracking needs.
- Partnering with data and analytics engineers to ensure events and schemas align with downstream data pipelines and reporting systems.
- Testing and validating tracking implementations to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Troubleshooting issues across tags, pixels, and API integrations with guidance from senior engineers.
- Assisting in building QA workflows or monitoring tools to maintain ongoing data reliability.
- Translating marketing KPIs into clear technical requirements.
- Working closely with media, analytics, and development teams to ensure measurement consistency across channels.
- Communicating findings and technical recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Contributing to defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with client and account leads.
- Documenting implementation processes and contributing to internal knowledge bases.
- Participating in peer reviews and helping maintain quality standards across projects.
- Staying current on privacy regulations, analytics updates, and emerging MarTech trends.
You Must Have
- 2+ years of analytics or marketing technology experience in an agency, ad-tech, or client environment.
- Strong proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude) and tag management systems (GTM, Segment, Tealium, Adobe Launch).
- Working knowledge of server-side tagging, data privacy concepts, and CDPs.
- Experience implementing or supporting MMPs and mobile tracking setups.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, JavaScript) and dataLayer structures.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO, CRO, etc.) and how tracking informs performance and attribution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive mindset with curiosity to learn new tools, APIs, and data systems.
